FAQ

Do you cater for allergies?

Unfortunately, cakes are baked in a kitchen that handles the following allergens: dairy, nuts, gluten, soya, eggs, sesame and fruit. Currently, nut-free, dairy-free and gluten-free cakes are not available.

How far in advanced shall I book my cake in?

As a small business dedicated to bespoke creations, it's recommend ordering your cake with at least two weeks notice. Cupcakes can be ordered one week in advance. For wedding cakes it's suggested at least three months in advance, to ensure availability. Sometimes, last minute orders can be catered to, so please send a message via Instagram!

How shall I store my baked goods?

  • Cupcakes - keep at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Cupcakes can last up to 3 days.
  • Cakes - keep in the fridge and take out 1-2 hours before eating so that the buttercream and sponge is soft. Store left-over cake in tupperware. Cakes can last up to 5 days if stored correctly.
  • Brownies - you can keep them at room temperature or in the fridge. They can last up to 3 days.

  • Weekday collection: 9.30am - 7pm
  • Weekend collection: 9.30am - 12pm

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is provided in Ilford and surrounding areas for £5-£10. Wedding cakes can be delivered across London.
